Sandy Buck was awarded the Gillian Lowndes Award Nov 18 for her art work in Puppetry. Artists who work in any Arts dicipline, and who reside on the Sunshine Coast are eligible to be nominated. The selection committe was impressed by Sandy's recent innovation and originality in developing puppets and staging to tell stories.
